NOW OPEN: OPENING CEREMONY AND NO. 8A IN THE ACE HOTEL

No. 8a's green wall displays are actually 1970s library shelves from the Pompidou Center in Paris.

Already home to our favorite coffee addiction, this past weekend stylehound haven Ace Hotel enabled our shopping problem when it opened two new, permanent (no pop-ups this time) outposts for Project No. 8 and Opening Ceremony, each featuring a selection of goods specifically for the Ace Hotel (be sure to also check out Racked's coverage here and here).

Among Opening Ceremony's offerings are a special edition O.C. travel kit (complete with toothbrush, floss, tube squeezer, and case) and an exclusive eyewear collection by German frame makers Illesteva. Another slick collab: Opening Ceremony's version of Tumi transforms the black luggage into fresh fruit-loop color blocks, each made in a limited run of 100. And O.C. at the Ace is also one of the few spots in NY or even the U.S. where you can find the 1/2 Mr. Hollywood line of suits from hard-to-find Japanese brand N. Hoolywood.
